*You will be notified as to whether you are the first person to submit information for a particular store, and whether the store meets our criteria for wholesale customers. You will only qualify for the free KirbySticks if you are the first to submit information for any particular store. If you are, and the store meets our criteria (i.e., it's the type of store to which we typically market our product), we will send a sample wholesale packet to the store you identify, using your name, within one week. If the store places an order anytime within six months of the date of your submission, we will send five KirbySticks to the address you provide in the "Your complete address" section above. Approximate retail value $25.00. No cash value. Your submission will not qualify if the store you indicate currently carries KirbySticks or has carried them anytime within the five years prior to your submission. Limit two submissions per household per year. Submissions should be for independently-owned pet boutiques only. Chain stores are not eligible. We are not obliged to send a sample to the store you submit. If the wholesale sample packet or your free KirbySticks are returned as undeliverable we have no further obligation.
