Alphabet Cats collects no identifiable information from you when you visit our site unless you actively submit it to us via an order or contact form.

If you provide your name, address, or phone number to us during the course of placing an order, making an inquiry, or submitting photos, we will use your information only for the purpose for which it was provided.

We do not send unsolicited email other than to announce the occasional free shipping special or new feature (such as our photo gallery). Otherwise, the only time we will send email to you is to ask you a question about your order, if necessary. We will NEVER call you except to ask you a question about your order, if necessary (and we'll make several email attempts first!)

We send special offer order forms to our wholesale customers via U.S. postal mail (i.e. Christmas KirbyStick^® pre-order form). You may opt out of these mailings by contacting us.

We do not sell ANY of your information (or give it away) to ANYONE.
